Three month Modern Language Extension courses are aimed at graduates with one foreign language but little or no French or German.
Participants on enhancement or extension courses may be paid a bursary and are expected to immediately take a secondary teacher training course in the relevant subject.
Subject booster courses are two-week courses aimed to boost trainees' subject knowledge and ensure that they are well prepared for the challenges of the classroom. They are offered in a range of secondary subjects.
